Missions
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Neovia Export Business Team and share the challenges of driving sales and business development in the Europe territories: EU area of 27 countries and Switzerland.
Reporting to the CEO Neovia Europe, you will develop client base, optimize the return on short and medium term investment and ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships with distributors and sales agents.
Managing a turnover of approximately 5 M€, you will be responsible for budget setting and monitoring, meeting volume, profit margin and results objectives supported by a multinational, multidiscipline team:
·         4 direct reports (Market Managers)
·         8 VIE being based in these regions
·         functional relationships with : 
- central Sales Admininstration team
- finance controlling
- experts in formulation or animal nutrition
You will manage the export development of following product ranges in the intra-Community countries:
Complete feed
Starters, Minerals and Premix including Wisium brand Feeding Care line
Zoo-stimulation line
You will also identify opportunities in new markets or with new distributors and identify and approach interesting acquisition targets.
You will work closely with Export controller to monitor all key financial KPIs related to the distributor markets. You will provide operational input and support to key stakeholders, including Marketing, Manufacturing & Technical Operations, Research & Development etc.
You will develop and install professional relations management to organize International events and congresses and support distributors at local congresses/events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·         To develop strategies, identify opportunities, setting priority to maximize sales and profit
·         To be responsible and accountable for sales and profit as per budget and plan orientation approved by management
·         To identify opportunities in new markets or with new distributors
·         To conduct market analysis (development of existing and potential markets)
·         To define the commercial export strategy and policy and ensuring its implementation
·         To prospect new customers, implementing competitor analysis
·         To negotiate, renew and terminate contracts with distributors
·         To support strategic & operational alignment across the areas
·         To ensure consistent approaches for commercial strategy, logistics processes, legal and financial processes across all regions in the distributor markets
·         To manage and develop a team of commercial managers and functional experts, setting SMART objectives, ensuring smooth interfaces and developing and coaching the individuals on an ongoing basis
·         To give guidance to the businesses product managers to provide operational input and implement global marketing strategy through the appropriate local execution and support

Profils
THE SUCCESFULL APPLICANT
We are ideally looking for an International professional who come with strong business development skills as well as excellent written and verbal communications in English.
Applicants should have:
·         A minimum of 5-10 years of team management experience in Exports, including commercial, financial as well as legal / regulatory aspects.
·         Experience in the Animal Nutrition/health industry is required and possibly in the Agricultural industry
·         Good business knowledge of the market context
·         Excellent background in international contract negotiation
·         Solid skills at country portfolio management and especially identifying business opportunities and set business priorities
·         Ability to deal with decision making process in a Matrix organization
·         Very good business acumen / financial knowledge

This position is based in Vannes, France with frequent travels (50-60%).

BAC+5 / DESS / DEA / MAGISTER / MASTER 2 / ECOLE INGENIEUR ou COMMERCE
