Neovia is currently looking for a financial reporting assistant to work for our subsidiary located in Indonesia. You will be responsible for the assistance and the preparation of the Reporting Package. You will report and work closely with the Controller to ensure timeliness and accuracy on the preparation and analysis of financial reports. You will also be responsible to communicate and explain Corporate Accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the local Accounting Team.
Missions :
1) Perform Interco transactions (Sales/Purchases/Mngt Fees/Others) reconciliation
2) Margin analysis - Responsible for the preparation of the Flash Report and the development of tools along with IT to automate the margin by species to BFC.
3) Balance sheet analysis - Analyse and provide explanations on relevant BS account changes (Balance Flow Reports).
4) Review treasury reports and assist local Treasury group on the communication with Corporate Treasury Group. This also includes coordination on Credit Management reporting between Corporate and local teams.
5) Perform review of Capital Expenditure Reports and assist Fixed Assets Accountant on the communication with Corporate Operations Group
6) Work and communicate closely with corporate accounting team group on new policies and procedures. Guide and train accounting staff Corporate policies and procedures.
7) Perform monthly Income Tax Proof with the assistance of the Senior accountant to reconcile and demonstrate IFRS to Indonesian GAAP differences.
8) Support Director of Finance in strategic projects such as potential mergers/acquisition, cost saving and continuous improvement projects.
9) Support external audit on IFRS financial statement reviews/audits.
10) Support controller in the preparation of annual budgets and assist him on the prepation of the Monthly Activity Report.

Profils
You have a master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economy. You are detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (IFRS) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices. Solid working knowledge of MS office tools such as Excel are mandatory. Knowledge of SAP and BFC would be a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner. Capacity to work independently and have the ability to interact with coworkers, management and auditors. Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Speaking Indonesian would be a plus.
