Activités - InVivo Agro - Overview
The Seeds and Agricultural Supplies activity produces and sells seeds and operates a referencing, purchasing and services centre for agricultural supplies. This business accounts for 30% of InVivo group revenue.
PRODUCTION AND SALE OF SEEDS
The seed activity, based in northern France in Chapelle-d’Armentières (59), is focused on the sale of certified seeds. The activity is ensured by two companies: Semences de France (sale of cereal and protein seeds) and Semences Vertes (sale of fodder and grass seeds).
InVivo also works in the creation of new varieties through RAGT Semences, a company in which it holds a 34.5% stake.
SUPPLY AND SERVICES
The Agricultural Supplies activity is organised into five areas covering all the products and services necessary to plant production: agronomy, services, fertilisers, plant-care products and agricultural equipment.
The Agricultural Supplies unit also acts as a national centre for referencing, purchasing, trading and services, unifying all the actions of more than 115 member cooperatives of InVivo and its agronomics department. All the players involved in this activity share the same commitment to sustainable agriculture, namely to profitability, quality and environmental respect.
