A graduate of ESSEC, Frédéric Noyère has 28 years’ experience, including 20 years in wines and spirits with Moët Hennessy (LVMH Group), where he successively held positions in general management and sales and marketing strategy, mainly in Asia.
As CEO of InVivo Wine, Frédéric Noyère will be tasked with structuring the wine activities, in line with the Group’s strategic plan, and pursuing the growth and development of new markets in France, Europe, Asia and the United States.
Frédéric Noyère began his career in 1990 at Olivier – a consumer products distributor – taking over as head of the Hong Kong office in 1994 then the Singapore office in 1996.
In 1998 he was invited by Moët Hennessy to take over as head of the newly created Travel Retail Asia Pacific division. In 2001 he took over as Business Development Director for Hennessy in Asia.
In 2005 he was entrusted with the general management of Moët Hennessy’s new Vietnam subsidiary. Building on this success, in 2007 Frédéric Noyère became head of Moët Hennessy Diageo – a 50/50 JV – for Malaysia and Singapore, where he doubled turnover and tripled profits.
In 2012 he was appointed international director of Hennessy and successfully reinvigorated the brand in the United States and Russia.
Between 2014 and 2017 he turned round Moët Hennessy Diageo’s Chinese subsidiary.
Finally, Frédéric Noyère was entrusted with Moët Hennessy’s Future Commerce transformation project.
