InVivo announces the completion of the sale of its Neovia (67,5%) shares to Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE : ADM) in accordance with the agreement reached on June 27, 0218 and approved by the differents authorities.
InVivo announces the completion of the sale of its Neovia (67,5%) shares to Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE : ADM) in accordance with the agreement reached on June 27, 0218 and approved by the differents authorities.
The total amount of the transaction (100%) amounts to 1,544 bilion euros.
