Through the NewFood division, InVivo Food&Tech wishes to develop food innovation projects to respond to global demand in terms of quality, quality, healthiness, variety, etc.

The development of new sources of proteins derived from insects, algae and plants is, for example, one of the paths being explored. 

Projects are developed in collaboration with research centres and start-ups that are innovating in various fields of agri-foodstuffs to satisfy consumers who have growing freedom of choice and are increasingly demanding.
