Missions
The Integration and Organisation Manager plays a key role within the company. Their main aim is to understand issues, organise and implement teams suitable for each project to ensure the success and attainment of the objectives of the company’s major transformation and integration projects. The Integration and Organisation Manager also acts as a trainer and facilitator by promoting cross-functionality and the exchange of best practices between players on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities
Working under the Neovia Transformation department in the Projects, Integration and Organisation Department (DPIO), you will be responsible for assisting Neovia’s senior management, the affiliate general managers, operations managers or support staff with carrying out their major transformation projects and with issues related to their integration of newly acquired companies (5 to 10 acquisitions per year for the past 3 years).
Responsible for ensuring that assigned projects run smoothly, your role involves assisting the sponsor of each dossier with the definition and attainment of its objectives: the outlining of the project, putting together a project team, project support and self-management of entrusted modules, setting milestones and monitoring the progress/co-definition of the action plans, closing and evaluating the project carried out.
Given the global and cross-functional nature of the DPIO, as well as its activities in major countries that the company is present in, you will be required to assist with and manage transformation and integration projects with diverse profiles and challenges in all of the company’s lines of business and duties both in France and abroad.
In this context, you will mainly be responsible for putting together, coordinating and leading project teams in multiple locations and/or multidisciplinary project teams (marketing, purchasing, supply chain, digital, information systems, legal, finance, HR, etc.) in a cross-functional or hierarchical fashion where necessary.

Profils
With Master’s level higher education (from a top engineering or business school), you have a minimum of 5/7 years of experience acquired within an industrial group, the FMCG sector and/or an organisation or strategy consultancy firm.
Your experience has enabled you to develop in demanding environments that require the smooth operation and management of teams in project mode or cross-functional mode: external consultant, internal consultant, integration manager, internal auditor, etc.
You know how to be creative and like dialogue, as well as having proven listening skills and being a person of conviction. Focused on performance and results, you like challenges and are eager to make a success of the projects entrusted to you. Flexible and adaptable, you know how to adapt in various environments in France as well as abroad and how to interact with diverse profiles.
You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and have had the opportunity to develop professionally in an international context. Command of a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese...) would be an advantage.
Curious and motivated, you want to dedicate yourself to a high-profile post with potential for progression, and take part in a great entrepreneurial adventure where the objective is to build a world leader in animal nutrition in all lines of business and to double the size of the company in the next 5 years.
Position based in Vannes with travel expected in France and abroad (from 20% to 40% depending on assignments).
