Bioline Agrosciences, réunion de Bioline, filiale spécialisée particulièrement dans les macro-organismes actifs contre les insectes prédateurs des fruits, légumes et cultures florales, et de Biotop, filiale historique d'Invivo dans le domaine de la lutte biologique en grandes cultures, constitue un acteur de dimension internationale sur le marché prometteur du biocontrôle en forte croissance.

Bioline AgroSciences is a subsidiary of INVIVO, a French Agricultural Cooperation with, a yearly revenue of € 5,5 billion  around 5,500 dedicated people.
Bioline AgroSciences is specialized in the production and marketing of biological control agents, and in particular macro-organisms active against insects pest in fruits, vegetables and flower crops.   Currently Bioline AgroSciences  has production sites in the UK, France, USA and Portugal, a professional R&D – and sales department. At the moment Bioline employs 170 people.

Because of the expected growth BIOLINE Agrosciences is looking for a Market Manager based in Oxnard, California.

The Market Manager has an operational role:
Leads the market/product analysis to define the marketing action plan  
Conducts Market studies & analysis for new products, services or market developments (market size, economic interest, profitability, competitive analysis, market shares, benchmarks, image & price positioning analysis and strategy, strengths and weaknesses, …)
Realizes a regular market intelligence
Build commercial action plans for new product launchings & new market developments, with objectives, forecasts, …
Has a clear vision of the market (typology, segmentation), of users (market segmentation) and in that field: realizes studies on the products, users, the uses, the equipment, …
Has a good understanding of the market potentials of its products by category/segment contributes to establish / identify the most relevant segments, analyzes the strengths and the weaknesses of the company on these segments)
Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services., defines means and budgets
Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Follows his annual budget in order to answer the stakes in the development of his markets in respect to the agreed annual budget
Define and follow-up of the planning and delivery of his action plans
Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets

The Market Manager Interacts heavily with various departments of his firm, including research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, …

Master's Agricultural degree (M. A.) or equivalent, or 2/5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, knowledges in biocontrol, and ideally in macro-biocontrol
Marketing experience and skills (creativity in ways of communicating, promoting, …).
Ability to read, analyse and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to communicate and find the right arguments and product/service benefices for the end user
Ability to communicate, to write articles for press release and communication, imagine promotional material
