YOUR INTERNSHIP/WORK-STUDY IN A FEW WORDS...
In this 12-month full-time internship or work-study program, you will support the CEO and Chief Communications Officer to prepare business information and content, mostly for digital media channels. You will also support on the preparation of content for digital/social communication platforms and some brand events. A major element of the role will be accuracy, creativity, and speed to design and format PowerPoint- based business, financial and project presentations for external and internal communication purposes. The role will also offer opportunities to be involved in very diverse projects for brands, media, digital and internal communications within the general operations of a dynamic, global Corporate Communications function.
YOUR DAILY TASKS...
Reporting directly to the Chief Communications Officer, including executing assignments for to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
· Creating high quality, impactful and visually attractive PowerPoint presentations and digital channels content.
· Working closely with diverse contributors to understand the objectives of each presentation, the key information required and how to compile it in an attractive and engaging format
· Structuring information clearly, concisely, and logically in English
· Ensuring visual consistency with the company’s branding and graphics guidelines
· Integrating multimedia elements such as images, graphics, and videos to enhance the impact of presentations and online content
· Supporting execution of internal and external communication campaigns
· Good project management to ensure multiple projects can be delivered on time to expected standards
We are looking for a final-year business school student in the field of corporate communications, digital communications, graphic design and publishing, marketing, or equivalent. Your potential and dedication will allow you to diversify and expand your tasks with the CEO and Chief Communications Officer, creating long-term opportunities within the corporate network of SOUFFLET MALT.
A very strong command of PowerPoint and Excel is required, along with native-level English proficiency. You must also have excellent writing skills, be responsive and agile. Confidentiality is crucial for this role.
