Board of Directors

The Board of Directors defines the general policy and strategic orientations of Union InVivo and its subsidiaries. It submits them to the General Assembly, which brings together all the associated cooperatives, and ensures their implementation.

It is composed of 22 elected cooperative members, one elected non-cooperative member, 5 elected staff representatives and 2 expert members.
