The pillars of InVivo’s CSR strategy structure its roadmap to 2030 and guide the deployment of its actions across all activities. They are reflected in and measured through our operations, our initiatives, and our social and responsible approach.

Positive impact through our operations
Environmental performance is at the heart of our operations. Our roadmap is structured around three major key plans:
- The Climate Plan aims to reduce our direct greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 42% (vs 2022/2023) across all scopes, including those linked to agriculture through the integration of the FLAG methodology.
- The Resources Plan focuses on optimising water consumption, improving waste management, and deploying circular economy principles across industrial activities.
- The Biodiversity Plan sets objectives to preserve and restore biodiversity both at operational sites and across agricultural supply chains.
Together, these plans contribute to reducing the Group’s environmental footprint while strengthening the resilience of its activities.

Positive impact through our initiatives
With its Positive Impact Offerings (PIO) initiative, InVivo provides innovative solutions and products for a more responsible, competitive, and sustainable portfolio. Its goal is to generate 50%* of its revenue through these PIOs by 2030.
This OIP initiative is based in particular on:
- Innovation, to develop products and services that reduce the carbon footprint, regenerate soils, and optimize the use of inputs.
- The development of sustainable agricultural supply chains, contributing to ensuring food production in sufficient quantity and quality, while providing farmers with solid technical support to guarantee long-term soil health and attractive remuneration.
This development is notably driven by the Semons du Sens initiative and Soufflet Agriculture’s Performances program.
