As part of its strategy to strengthen its supply chains and to promote French agricultural production, the InVivo Group has developed a traceability platform with Connecting Food, a French foodtech company.
From upstream to downstream, this platform provides transparency on the stages of the journey from raw material to processed product.
Via a mobile interface, consumers can access information about the path taken by the raw material, thanks to the QR code located on the product's packaging. The use of blockchain strengthens the link with consumers, who receive reliable information on the manufacture of their products.

A blockchain solution from Malteries Soufflet for product traceability, from the barley field to the beer.
With Transparency, Malteries Soufflet enables consumers to find out the traceability data of the beers they buy, throughout the barley-malt-beer chain, by scanning a simple QR Code with their smartphone.
Each actor in the industry supplies the information necessary to reconstruct the traceability, while respecting the confidentiality of each of them. Transparency thus allows consumers to access information on the characteristics and quality of the product they are consuming.
