InVivo collaborates with all of its partners—farmers, cooperatives, suppliers, and local communities—to generate a positive impact and promote shared sustainable development.
Our social goals
Toward sustainable progress
Driving positive impact for and through our stakeholders
- Our employees
Health & safety, ethics, continuing education, inclusion, and gender equality
Our social policy aims to create a work environment that is safe, inclusive and conducive to development. It focuses on:
- InVivo strengthens its “safety culture” every day.
By adhering to its 9 Golden Rules and maintaining rigorous governance that upholds the All Safe Together policy, the group is aiming for a target frequency rate (FR) of 10 by 2030.
- InVivo aims to provide training on the Code of Conduct to 100% of its employees in France and worldwide. The Code of Conduct document is accessible to all and details the whistleblowing procedure in place.
- InVivo places human capital at the heart of its model.
The Group invests in continuous training for all, ensuring an inclusive work environment committed to advancing gender equality.
It also implements numerous initiatives to strengthen inclusion at every stage of the career path, from recruitment to job retention.
- Responsible procurement
For a lasting impact
Defined in 2023 by the Group Procurement Department and the CSR Department, our Procurement Policy—which applies across all our business units—is based on three priorities:
- Promote the purchase of goods and services with a positive impact by supporting responsible innovation.
- Working with our suppliers to build a progress-oriented approach aimed at rigorously managing environmental and societal impacts.
This approach begins with the signing of the Supplier CSR Charter and the assessment of their CSR performance.
- Ensuring ethics and fairness in our contractual relationships, particularly regarding rights, obligations, and payment terms.
Our goal is for at least 90% of our suppliers to commit to our CSR Charter by 2030.
- InVivo Foundation
Extending positive impact beyond InVivo
The InVivo Foundation supports research projects and community initiatives with positive social and environmental impact, organized around five themes:
- Combating food waste
- Preserving biodiversity and the climate
- Soil health and human health
- Sustainability of agricultural supply chains
- Social cohesion and biodiversity conservation through gardening
Through this initiative, the group funds and supports local and community-based initiatives, contributing to the sustainability and resilience of local communities.
Through its work, the endowment fund reinforces InVivo’s commitment to sustainable agriculture and the strengthening of social cohesion.
- Regions and food sovereignty
Dynamism and resilience
Drawing in particular on the Agricultural Resilience Study and Soufflet Agriculture’s Performances program, InVivo works to promote the sustainability of farms and maintain the economic, environmental, and societal vitality of regions.
This unique cooperative model combines on-the-ground innovation with international reach to ensure a food system that is sovereign, resilient, accessible, and creates shared value.
