With inflation expected to reach record levels this year, the InVivo group, in consultation with its social partners, has taken strong measures to raise the salaries of its employees.

Nearly 9,000 of the group's 10,000 employees in France will benefit from a salary increase of up to 5.5% for the lowest salaries as of July 1.

The global context will have a strong economic impact. Faced with this crisis, which is impacting the group's activities, InVivo has decided to provide a massive and immediate response and will increase the salaries of its employees according to a sliding scale depending on their level of remuneration, to support them and maintain their commitment in this difficult context.

The Group has implemented a general increase for all socio-professional categories, with priority given to the first levels. The first salary brackets will benefit from a 5.5% increase. Overall, 90% of employees in France will benefit from an annual increase ranging from €675 to €1,100.

"In an emergency and completely unprecedented situation, we have been able to put in place with our social partners an appropriate response for a very large proportion of our employees. In view of the shock we are currently experiencing, which is having a major impact on our business, I felt it was essential to take long-term measures to help our employees overcome this new crisis. This decision demonstrates once again our ability to mobilize and show solidarity in the face of economic uncertainties." said Thierry Blandinières, CEO of the InVivo group.
